Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
