I'm a side sleeper. Will this work?
Yes — designed around side sleepers from the start. The contour cradles your neck without pushing your shoulder up. Most of our reviews are from side and combination sleepers.
How do I clean it?
The polyester cover zips off and machine-washes on cold. Tumble dry low or air dry. We include a spare cover so there's always a clean one ready.
Is the heat safe for nightly use?
Yes. The HeatVibe heat is low-grade warmth (warm-not-hot) on a 15-minute auto-off timer — it's not on while you sleep. The vibration is gentle rhythmic pressure, not deep-tissue. Both are designed for nightly use.

The masks
What's the difference between the Mulberry Silk and 360° Blackout?
Silk is the softer wind-down. 16-momme mulberry silk, breathable, gentle on lashes and hair. The 360° Blackout is built for total dark — wraps the bridge of the nose, sides of the face, and contour above the cheekbones, no gaps. Pick silk if comfort is the priority; blackout if you wake to streetlight or sleep through daylight.

How long does shipping take?
Free US shipping on all orders. Processing in 1–3 business days; delivery in 7–14 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
What's the return policy?
100-night home trial on every product. If your mornings don't change, send it back for a full refund — no return shipping cost, no questions, no return slip. Email support@arvell.store with your order number to start a return.
What's the warranty?
Two-year warranty on the foam core, seams, and electronics. If anything mechanical fails, we fix or replace it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
